Yoga Poses for Stress

Is there really any wonder why recent studies found that 7 out of 10 Americans are reporting feeling extremely anxious on a day-to-day basis? Americans are stressed AF, and with good reason.

I’ve been doing yoga for the past year, and one thing I’ve learned in my practice is that while it’s impossible to control the world around you, you can control how you respond to it. Unfortunately, the stressors in our lives are likely here to stay, but yoga is there to help alleviate the impact these stressors have on our mental health.
