The Best Christmas Classics

I’m the type of person that doesn’t like to watch movies more than once. Re-watching takes the allure and suspense out of the plot, however, the holidays are an exception. There are a few Christmas classics that I will happily binge all season long. Hallmark even paid one lucky person $1,000 to watch 24 holiday movies in 12 days. Now that would have been a dream.

The three movies at the top of my Christmas list are pure classics and I can happily say my nieces and nephews now hooked, as well.

Home Alone
Can you believe it’s been nearly 30 years since this movie premiered?! 8-year-old Kevin is accidentally left at home, while his family leaves for Paris for the holidays. Kevin’s fun adventures quickly turn sour when two con men try to break into the house. Realizing he has to protect his family home, he pulls out all the hilarious tips and tricks to scare them away.

Elf
I’m a big fan of Will Ferrell movies and Elf is no exception. This hilarious story about Buddy the Elf and his journey to NYC from the North Pole will make the entire family laugh, regardless of age. From Buddy’s favorite dish of spaghetti, M&Ms and chocolate syrup to his *unique* attire and horrible singing, this movie never gets old.

Office Christmas Party
Who doesn’t love a good Christmas party? At Fish, we absolutely love our holiday festivities, though we definitely are tamer than the coworkers in this movie. While this movie isn’t suited for the younger crowd, the adults will definitely love it. Just try not to get any ideas..
