Staying Organized on your iPhone: Notes

Hello, me again. Master of organization. Maker of lists. Task master to myself (and others who agree). I’m here to let you in on a few of my organizational secrets on my iPhone. Sorry Android users, you’ll have to wait until I get sick of the iPhone (never) and make the switch.

Notes App: My favorite application on my iPhone, besides Reddit.

Pinned Notes
Swipe right to pin a note to the top of your list. I’m a sucker for this feature.

Folders
Your notes are one list. Your folders are another list!! Take advantage of the folders feature to keep your most used lists away from those often-ignored notes.

Automatically sort checked items
Automatically move checklist items to the bottom of the list as they are checks.
I use this for most of my lists. Bills to be paid that month? Check. Shopping list for the store? Check. Blog ideas to write this month? Check, check.

Add an Image to the Bottom
Because it shows up next to the note and it’s cute! Well, mine are. This helps me quickly select a note based on what image I’m seeing.

Easy to Share or Print
Select any iPhone note and click the Share button. You’re given many options. Such as: Send the note in a text. Add someone to the note so they can edit. Send the note to your printer
