What better way to deal with a dreary afternoon? Well, that’s where I come in.

A cup of calming chamomile tea is perfect for a drizzly day. Add a spoonful of honey for an extra dose of sweetness.

Slow moving yoga while facing the rain. Open those windows and allow the refreshing scent of the rain to enter your practice.

Breathing exercises and emptying your mind of all thoughts works wonders to improve and lift your spirits.
Snuggles (preferably with cats or dogs.. ideally both!)
Studies show that stroking your pets lowers blood pressure and is calming.
