No Gym Membership? No Problem

We’ve all been spending a lot of time inside and one of the biggest pitfalls of quarantine has arguably been the lack of exercise. Personally, I’ve been missing my yoga classes and kickboxing sessions and have been finding it really hard to workout in my living room. There’s something about being inside a studio that kickstarts your motivation and willingness to kick some butt.
