It’s no secret that COVID-19 has seriously impacted the way we work, live and play over the last 6 plus months. For many of us, working from home has become our new normal so we’re all doing what we can to adjust and remain productive. At Fish, while fine-tuning our operations to accommodate a remote work environment has been our focus, we also know that working from home makes it difficult to maintain a strong culture. This is something we’ve always been committed to at Fish and have continued to prioritize to ensure we keep morale high during these uncertain times. Our fearless leader even got involved! Last week, as a substitute for our typical Friday Happy Hour in the office, Lorne hit the road to personally deliver DIY cocktail kits to our homes and took the time to catch up for a few. While it might seem strange to have your CEO stop by to say hello, the gesture was very well-received and much appreciated. I mean, who wouldn’t want cocktails personally delivered to their door?!
