Happy Hour: Local FTL

The happiest hours start with a drink. With so many bars, restaurants and locations around Fort Lauderdale to select from, it’s a tough choice. Lucky for you, I have tested a few local happy hour locations. You know, for research. Here’s my top 3 happy hour hot spots in Fort Lauderdale (this month, hehe).

SALT7
Fact: Happy Hour is Monday – Friday, 3 to 7
Eat this: Sushi Pizza is the best creation
Drink that: Salt7 Mule. Be careful, it’s too good
Indulge your palate with exquisite shared plates, gourmet entrees and premium cocktails in a trendy, upscale atmosphere. The unique name is derived from a blend of 7 exotic salts used to season prime steaks and enticing dishes, making them truly unforgettable.

Eddie V’s
Fact: Happy Hour is Sunday – Thursday, 4:30 to 6:30
Eat this: South African Lobster Bites with Garlic Aioli sauce YUM TY!
Drink that: Spicy Margarita, because I’m a tequila gal 😉
Eddie V’s charismatic vibe draws you in and holds you close, invites you to be seen, or sit back and just savor. The finest seafood and steaks. World-class wine and service. And live jazz in the V lounge.

Boatyard
Fact: Happy Hour is Monday – Friday, 3 to 7
Eat this: Bimini Bread is a must!
Drink that: Nauti-Rita, a yummy twist on a classic margarita
The reinvented Boatyard offers an upscale, nautical-chic vibe in a sophisticated, laidback atmosphere that embraces the pulse of the city’s yachting culture and where marina views abound. With an ‘Eat Local, Be Coastal’ philosophy, Boatyard’s eclectic, seafood-centric menu blends the freshest daily catches from local fisherman with the highest-quality raw bar and shellfish selections and premium cuts of meat, all thoughtfully prepared with locally sourced ingredients for patrons to enjoy inside, outside or dockside.
