Gut health – such a trendy term nowadays. But what does it really mean? Well, I did some digging and here’s what I found.

Lastly, Healthline.com recommends eating food rich in polyphenols, as they will decrease cholesterol levels and blood pressure. Food with polyphenols include almonds, broccoli, green tea, and red wine!
Overall, keeping your gut health in check will improve your day in so many ways. From having more energy, sleeping better and feeling less bloated, you’ll live a healthier life.
