Fun with Altitude Trampoline Park – Annual Air Con

Our client Altitude Trampoline Park recently held their annual conference, Air Con, and the Fish team got to tag along for this celebration! We were able to meet franchise owners and general managers from across the country and learn more about brand wide plans for 2024.

Hosted in the heart of Disney’s Boardwalk, the venue embodied the active family fun that Altitude values. While there were no trampolines to jump on, there was not a lack of excitement as franchisees learned about the successes of the year and envisioned what the future of Altitude holds.

Each day, general session presentations were held by marketing representatives, the c-suite team, and guest speakers, sharing sales results and information on new programs. It was great to hear such passionate individuals speak on how they contribute to Altitude and give kudos to the hardworking franchisees that have achieved great success this year. After general session and smaller break-out presentations, we made our way to happy-hour on the boardwalk. With a great view, and some wine and snacks, we enjoyed chatting with our team members in-person as opposed to our typical zoom meetings! Our sister agency, 919 Marketing, was also in attendance, so we got to catch up on all marketing and web activities over a great dinner at the resort!

As an Account Coordinator, this was my first conference, and it was such a great learning opportunity! Air Con successfully sparks the entrepreneurial spirit in all, leading to an increase in development and understanding of the brand. Also, meeting franchisees in-person allowed us to ask questions about their journey with Altitude and introduce ourselves for potential media opportunities. Leaving Orlando, the Fish team has a better understanding of the company spirit and has made many valuable connections, as well as acquired a variety of tie-die merch that we’ll be sporting from now on!
