For years, my fitness routine revolved around the gym, where I would focus primarily on weightlifting. While this helped me build strength, I craved a new approach that would challenge my body and mind. About a month ago, I decided to try Pilates, and I’ve already seen so many incredible benefits in my daily life. Here are a few of the reasons I love it.
