Essential oils… where to begin? That was my first thought. Followed by the best advice: follow your nose.
Essential oils are offered in a wide variety of scents so it may feel difficult to determine where to start. And what to do with them. Essential oils have been used for food preparation, beauty treatments, home care and health-care practices. There are countless concoctions to create. Mix and match!
