While most mark the arrival of a new season by the weather patterns, I anticipate each season by the launch of new LTOs. During summer, we crave fruity, fresh flavors and that’s exactly what Dunkin’ and Tropical Smoothie Cafe have delivered.
Two weeks ago, Dunkin’ announced their summer lineup featuring two new refreshers including Strawberry Dragonfruit and Peach Passion Fruit. These drinks are made with iced green tea, flavored fruit concentrate and B vitamins, and contain a third of the caffeine that a small cup of coffee does.
Also, back at Dunkin’ for a limited-time is the Butter Pecan flavored coffee! I’m a huge fan of this butter pecan, sweet cream combo, but it may be a little too sweet for some.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe also recently debuted their summer menu, featuring a mix of both new and returning fan favorites. The Watermelon Mojito smoothie combines a fresh blend of watermelon, strawberry, mint and lime, and the Guava Margarita Smoothie includes a blend of guava, strawberry, mango, pineapple and lime. Both are perfect additions to any beach day or relaxing afternoon on the back patio.
