With the holidays fast approaching, we know good food is only a few weeks away. And the most important part of this, besides being with loved ones and quality time, is DESSERT. I’m happy to share my go-to recipe for an easy, blissfully delicious, chocolate heavenly dessert. It’s honestly, dangerously delicious, and easy to make, so don’t say I didn’t warn you. I break this recipe out multiples times in the upcoming festivities: Fish Feast, Friendsgiving, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Years Eve. Chocolate is always the perfect dish to bring to the table.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Double Stuf Oreo (36 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies) finely crushed, divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 4 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces, melted
Directions:
- Reserve 1/4 cup cookie crumbs. Mix cream cheese and remaining cookie crumbs until blended; shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min.
- Cover rimmed baking sheet with waxed paper. Dip cream cheese balls in melted chocolate; place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
