Cat / Cow: A great stretch for your spine! Inhale while you look up for cow pose. A strong exhale while you push back your spine for cat pose.
Open books: Lay on your side, as shown below. Then OPEN your arms up and slowly repeat 4 – 5 times on each side.
Assisted / Extension Crunches: Use a small exercise ball being your back and crunch, crunch, crunch!
