Open Position: Senior Account Manager
We are looking for a dynamic SAM to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Helps drive account strategy with clients and internal teams
- Creates client-facing materials – media strategies, plans, presentations, press releases
- Responsible for day-to-day account management and may lead some accounts or portions of
- Involved with planning meetings, strategy discussions, and other engagements with clients
- Proficient in identifying national media opportunities and pitching
- Develops proactive story angles and secures coverage in national, trade, local and/or vertical outlets
- Has forged relationships with a variety of trade, local and national media
Requirements
- At least 6 years of PR experience
- Agency experience is a must
Additional Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for conceptualizing creative ideas and campaigns with a team
- Experience serving as day-to-day client contact
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage work on multiple accounts
- For consumer accounts, experience with influencer marketing is a plus
- Knowledge of the franchising industry is a plus, but not required
