Adele is Back, Just in Time to Save Humanity

Anyone else feeling like they stumbled into Q4 bloody, battered and bruised? On the heels of a year like 2020, we all could’ve used a nice, relaxing 2021; unfortunately, while this year may have been a slight improvement from the hellhole that was 2020, it stills feels like we’re residents of Lucifer’s inferno. However, like the Iron Man of the music industry, Adele is here to save the day just when we need her most, releasing her latest single “Easy On Me” at a time when we’re all pleading with the universe to go easy on our tired, burnt out souls. Given that the theme of her incoming new album 30 is literally divorce, it’s safe to say that the queen of sad albums is yet again on the cusp of blessing us with more tunes to cry our eyes out to.

In honor of Adele’s return, I’m taking a deep dive into her discography and recapping some of her best songs that were never singles. Although her music has dominated the radio waves for years, she has countless songs that are just as good as Rolling In The Deep and Hello. If you’re not as familiar with these lesser-known Adele bops, add them to your playlists and feel free to thank me later.
