Growing up a storyteller at heart, Hayden dreamt of becoming the next Samantha Ponder or Erin Andrews, but she soon realized that her love for writing, passion for helping others (looking at you, fellow Enneagram type twos), and desire to make impactful connections – paired with the fast-paced nature of public relations – would make for the perfect career. And we certainly agree! If you’ve ever worked with Hayden, you would agree she was destined to be a PR Pro.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, it’s safe to say that the love she has for her city is an understatement. From the eclectic communities and welcoming people to its endless activities, and unmatched cuisine, Hayden will forever cherish living in the “New Capital of Southern Cool” for all it has to offer.
Houston is also where she realized her passion for public relations after developing and executing high-profile PR campaigns for a number of multi-market clients. Though she’s worked with notable celebrities like DeAndre Hopkins and Bethenny Frankel, Hayden hit a PR “homerun” working the World Series Parade when the Astros won in 2017 – coincidentally after Hurricane Harvey wrecked the city – and got to meet the players. Her mantra? “There’s a silver lining to every dark cloud,” and she’ll never forget it!
When she’s not working, Hayden loves getting her booty kicked at Barry’s Bootcamp or SoulCycle and can be found enjoying pizza, sour candy, and red wine alongside her rescue dog, Scout and husband, Brandon, while watching rom coms or the Georgia Bulldogs. And, ready for this one – Hayden taught herself calligraphy and can create custom invitations and paper goods. She’s literally a jack of all trades, and we’re so happy to have her as part of the Fish team!
