Ranking the Best Trader Joe’s Products

I’m going to preface this with that I know, everyone has their personal preference in their grocery store choice, but hands down, Trader Joe’s gives you the best bang for your buck. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Although Trader Joe’s is filled with the very best (obviously), I’ve done the work for you and am sharing my expertise on hands-down, what products you must try next when you embark on your next grocery shopping journey.

Let’s get into it.

  1. Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups – Without a doubt, the best Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup dupe I’ve ever tasted in my life. No shade to Hersheyland, but honestly, do better.
  2. Frozen Mandarin Orange Chicken – I know what you’re probably thinking, frozen Chinese food? Gross! This is next level guys. Crispy and delicious.
  3. Cauliflower Gnocchi – All of the deliciousness of regular gnocchi pasta, minus the carbs. What’s better?
  4. Chili Lime Rolled Tortilla Chips – These are a complete game changer. They knock the famous Taki chips out of the park.
  5. Hold the Cone Ice Cream Desserts – So many different flavors to pick from for your ice cream filling. Mini ice cream cones filled with the ice cream flavor of your choice, dipped in a layer of chocolate. Dare I say more?
  6. Frozen Hashbrowns – These are the perfect addition to your breakfast spread. Bonus points because they may even bring back nostalgia from your childhood, bringing back that McDonald’s $1 hashbrown feeling.
  7. Every Single Form of Frozen Dumplings – Do I need to say more? Honestly, every form of frozen dumpling from the Pork and Ginger Soup Dumplings (necessary purchase every visit) to the Chicken Cilantro Mini Wontons, all the dumpling options are filled with impeccable flavor.
  8. Frozen Garlic Naan – Basically garlic bread, but better. Can be used for your typical complement to your favorite dip or Indian dish, or if you’re looking to spice things up a bit, try it as as a base for a flatbread pizza.
  9. Wine – Would this be a real list without a little vino? Really though, this place has some serious steals and a wide selection of wine. Plus, most of it is delicious.
  10. Cookie Butter – The best guilty pleasure. This is one of TJ’s signature products and believe me there’s a reason behind it. In nut butter form both creamy and chucky, this spread is made from Speculoos cookies, which are crunchy, shortbread spice biscuits that taste faintly like gingerbread.

There are plenty more where that came from, but everyone’s got to start somewhere. Have a little faith in me, this list will not fail you.
