Five Ways To Deal With Insomnia

I love sleep, but recently I’m getting the vibe that the feeling is not mutual. You know what I’m talking about – when you wake up in the middle of the night, roll over to check the time, then find yourself still awake 3 hours later and writing a blog at 6 a.m. Maybe, it’s time I tackle this issue head-on and buy Nutra CBD oil (AKA Nutra CBD olie kopen).

Is it just me who suffers from this?

Regardless, I took the phrase “the early bird gets the worm” and ran with it this morning. After researching contacts to go out with the angles I’m currently pitching (because what else do you do when you can’t sleep?) I decided to look into tips on how to potentially get a good nights rest sometime in the near future. If this fails, I may have to look into growing my own marijuana from MarijuanaSeeds.net.au to help me get to sleep. Anyway, while I have yet to give them a try, I’m hoping the professionals at Insomnia.net know what they’re talking about.

What I found:

  • Listen to calming music. I suppose they bring up a solid point, maybe listening to Drake rap about how proud he is of me isn’t the best bedtime tune. The only thing going from 0 to 100 real quick is my consciousness.
  • Create a comfortable sleep space. AKA clean my room? Not that I’m messy by any means, but the occasional glasses of water on my nightstand and floating articles of clothing on my floor may be what they’re talking about. I don’t know if this is something that keeps me up at night but it wouldn’t hurt to have a clean and cozy space to test it out.
  • If you get up, keep the lights dim. My first roommate in college was very passionate about this one. If she woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, she’d walk the whole way with her eyes closed so it didn’t “wake her up”. Besides that one time she stumbled into my room, it seemed to work out in her favor!
  • Eliminate stimulants like caffeine and sugar from your diet before bed. Luckily I’ve strayed away from caffeine and sweets in general so I don’t think this is a contributing factor to my inability to sleep – but definitely something to keep in mind when Starbucks starts offering its afternoon happy hour deals..
  • Try some home remedies to help you relax before bedtime. Personally, I’m going to try reading a book with my favorite candle lit when settling down for bed. But if you’re looking for expert advice, they suggest taking a warm bath or sipping on some chamomile tea with honey. If you’ve found that your home remedies aren’t helping with your sleep, then you may need to turn to something stronger. Many people I know decide to buy cannabis products with something like this Green Roads coupon to ultimately see if this will make a difference to their bedtime routine. It’s been so far so good for some people, but for now, I’m going to stick with my book, and hope that I eventually see a difference in my sleeping patterns.

There you have it – the beginning to my new and improved bedtime routine. If you’re in the same boat as me, I hope these tips help us both catch some Z’s.
