Fish Recognized by Inc. and Bulldog PR Awards

Britney Spears once said, “Oops, I did it again,” and now Fish is saying the same. That’s because we’re proud to announce that we’ve once again landed a spot on Inc. Magazine’s Best Places to Work, an annual ranking highlighting the companies winning employee engagement and creating a great culture for their employees. In fact, not only were we recognized as one of the best places to work in the country, but this year we’re also a 3x honoree, having been named a winner in the Enduring Impact: 15+ years in business and the Lean and Mean: under $5MM in gross revenue categories.

This is no small feat, as this year’s field of entries was the most competitive Inc. has ever seen. In 2021, thousands of companies applied to be recognized as one of the best workplaces in America. From the many remarkable companies vying for the award, only a fraction are being honored as Inc.’s 2021 Best Workplaces. We’re proud that this recognition reinforces how we have gone through extraordinary lengths to attract and develop our workforce.

As the magazine summarized in this year’s ranking, a year ago, business leaders at companies big and small were grappling with the same question: “When will we return to the office?” Fortunately, one of the lessons of the Covid-19 crisis is that you don’t need a physical office to make your company a great place to work. What you do need are policies that support your employees and keep them engaged.

The good news doesn’t stop there – Fish was also recognized in the Best Boutique Agency category in this year’s 2021 Bulldog Awards Winners Circle. This program recognizes the most outstanding PR and communications campaigns and extraordinary individual and agency contributions from 2020.

In all seriousness, we’re proud of the recognition we’ve earned and honored to have been included in some of the industry’s most prestigious rankings. We promise not to let the fame go to our heads.
