By showcasing the brand’s success at both the national and local level, Fish was able to reach qualified prospects in key markets for growth while strategically positioning Tropical Smoothie Café as competitive investment opportunity. Additionally, Fish educated the multi-unit and larger franchise community about Tropical Smoothie through executive speaking opportunities at key industry tradeshows.
Through 2015, Fish has garnered more than 170 million media impressions and secured coverage across national outlets such as Entrepreneur, CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” Bloomberg Television, The Wall Street Journal and The Associated Press. The extensive media Fish garnered has helped Tropical Smoothie Café sign more than 85 deals this year and the brand has a strong lead flow of more than 2,700 franchisees — making 2015 the company’s most successful year-to-date for franchise development. Members of the Tropical Smoothie Café leadership team have also been key panelists and speakers at the IFA Annual Convention, Franchise Finance & Growth Conference and Multi-Unit Franchising Conference, among others.
