In 2017, Dunkin’ Donuts defined more than 20 targeted expansion markets as part of its long-term goal of doubling its domestic presence. This year, Fish was challenged with building a pipeline of qualified multi-unit operator leads and positioning the brand as an attractive investment for experienced foodservice operators. Fish was charged with defining an aggressive communications plan to ignite growth and generate leads in several cities throughout Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Indiana, among others.
